Pizza Brick

Pizza Brick
Has the wood oven pizza brick?

Is it good? Any favorite ingredients?

YES! It is the best kind of pizza. I've had in Milan, Venice and Rome, Italy. My favorite was the "quattro fromaggio, or four cheese pizza I had in Venice, just off Plaza de San Marcos. There was mozzarella, parmesan, romano cheese and a bit of gorgonzola. No tomato sauce. My mouth is still watering thinking about how fragrant and light it was. Each locality has its own specialty: pizza. Italian pizzas are small, 10 "or less. When we travel north to the mountainous region of Alto Adige, near the border with Austria, the menus were in German and Italian, not English. sortof I could translate what is a "pizza Milano" was the description German ingredients. I've had pizza from wood in Japan, too, but I'm not completely happy with squid, squid, and sweet corn ingredients. In the U.S., my favorite toppings are sausage and mushrooms, but my children like pineapple and ham.
